Delete Your Account

You can delete your Klere account at any time. Choose the method that works for you.

Before you delete: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

All locally stored data on your device — including scan history, conditions, and settings — will also be cleared when you confirm deletion in the app.

Per our Privacy Policy, identifiable referral and feedback records may be retained for up to one year as required by our data retention policy.

Delete in the App (Recommended)

This is the fastest method. It immediately deletes your Klere account and clears all local data from your device.

Open the Klere Health app
Tap More in the bottom navigation
Tap Settings
Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete My Account
Confirm when prompted — this cannot be undone

Request Deletion by Email

If you no longer have access to the app, or prefer to submit a written request, email us:

Include in your message:

Your full name
The email address associated with your Klere account
A statement that you want your account deleted

We will acknowledge your request within 1–2 weeks and confirm deletion once complete.

What Gets Deleted

Your Klere account (name, email, optional phone)
All locally stored scan history, conditions, and preferences on your device
Any community posts you have authored (upon request)
